When I asked for a manager to fix this issue, I was told that the rules were the rules, even though I was not given a copy of the rules at the time I inquired originally. This is not what I was led to believe by the person who gave me the original explanation. You would have to spend quite a bit of money and sit at the slots for hours to do this. Basically they were telling me that the points needed to be obtained in the 24 hours before the tournament. I was told, at that time that I needed to rack up the 500 points between the time I registered for the tournament and the tournament itself. I obtained my gaming card on a Thursday morning, racked up 508 points over Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and went to register for the tournament late on Sunday.
I was not given any time frame in which to earn the 500 points, and was told that the tournaments are held daily. I was told that I needed to get 500 points on my gaming card BEFORE I could register for the tournament. When I registered for my gaming card, I inquired about the slots tournament.
